GEO + GRO for AI-era brand discovery
TerraZip created an interactive brand-discovery experience that turns AI visibility into a clear workflow: diagnose model coverage, structure credible brand knowledge, calibrate reputation signals, and review changes over time.
01 / CONTEXT
A product problem worth making clear.
People increasingly ask AI systems which brands, products, and services to consider. In these synthesized answers, being indexed is only the first problem: the description also needs to be accurate, current, supported by credible sources, and useful in comparison.
The product needed to explain an unfamiliar category—Generative Engine Optimization and Generative Reputation Optimization—while giving visitors a tangible way to understand the questions, signals, and workflows involved.
02 / APPROACH
Turn the operating model into the experience.
We made diagnosis the entry point. The GEO Advisor frames model coverage, voice share, growth trends, sentiment, and competitor position as an understandable baseline rather than an abstract marketing claim.
The wider service system connects that baseline to source-building: restructure products, cases, credentials, technical strengths, and FAQs; calibrate outdated or vague public information; then track how model answers change over time.
